Clayton. He is a fabulous looking robot and very friendly too. Here is

I spoke with Deano's sister Corinne at Dean and Sarah's wedding bash. She said she thought I looked like Nick Knowles. I am not sure there is a resemblance. This is Nick on the left. Not sure whether I'd rather look like Nick or Chris Martin or Emo Phillips.

Someone has thrown an egg at our lounge window (nice) I think it might have been a woman repelled by my Lynx Vice fragrance.

I found some Lynx Vice shower gel tucked away this weekend. I tried it in the shower on Sunday morning and was keen to see if it made me more attractive to women. It doesn't seem to.

Beth is growing fast. The back teeth are now coming through and her height is increasing nicely. She is becoming more fastidious with her food as the 2's approach. And her nattering is unbelievable. What a girl!

Dean & Sarah's Wedding Reception

We had a lovely evening. The reception was staged at Faversham Golf Club (very smart) and we were treated to a free bar (very generous) and delicious food (very tasty). Dean and Sarah looked smashing in their wedding outfits and everyone had a super time moving to the live band (very groovy). We managed to take some snaps - they will be posted asap.

IoT Yomp: Bulletin

The Yomp is now being rescheduled to September as Kaiser Keith will be attempting the London to Brighton bicycle race on our original Yomp weekend. The Fellowship of the Yomp now numbers five; Dwarf Strings, Hobbit Keith, Elf Steve, Wizard Deano and Ent Coyote.

Being at home a lot has allowed me to catch up with my music listening. However I seem to be returning to the old favourites. This afternoon I have been performing domestic chores whilst pumping out 70's prog rock. Rush (left 1979) and Pink Floyd are favourites of mine and there is nowt like a big power chord whilst your loo brush is trashing about in the U-bend.

Bowel update: two movements today and subsequently two Imodium pills. More news when we have it.

Soft White Buns

I haven't had a McDonald's meal for years!! We received tokens through our letterbox from the burger giant for cheap meals. The recession seems to be affecting all of us including Ronald.

Meanwhile, unemployment is wonderful. We are currently having great weather and I am also loving spending quality time with Parkes and Beth. While the job market is pale, Strings is browner than a hazelnut.

I have had loose bowels since last Thursdays. I visited the doctor today and he prescribed me Imodium. Two tablets at 10am this morning and my bowels have not wobbled since. Marvellous.
