After decades of filling my plate to the max with food I have reluctantly decided to stop over-eating. I have been bloated for too long and need to give my insides a break. The trouble is that I love my food too much and have always been a gannet. Time will tell whether I stick to my 'small portions' regime but I am definitely gonna give it a go.
