It has been a bit quiet over the last couple of days. Apart from Spurs winning and a few coastal walks we have been trying to avoid coughs and colds (and in Parkes' case get rid of her permanent cold).

Beth is now passing stuff from hand to hand and has also started arching her back whilst stretching.
